Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead international business development and drive global sales growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of fabricated products with proven sales leadership to expand our export network and manage key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate export leads in target regions (USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia).
- Lead the sales team in preparing techno‑commercial proposals and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely proposals.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings worldwide.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in export sales/business development within fabrication, engineering, or industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of carbon steel and stainless steel fabrication processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven track record of generating export leads and converting them into orders.
- Leadership ability to manage a sales team and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
