Job Title: CCTV Operator
Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems and ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
- Observe and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Review recorded footage when required for investigations or audits.
- Coordinate with security personnel and management during emergencies.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.
- Follow security protocols and company policies at all times.
- Prepare incident reports and submit them to management.
- Assist law enforcement or authorized personnel by providing surveillance footage when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of security information and recordings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a CCTV Operator, Security Guard, or related role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and security procedures.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to remain alert during extended monitoring periods.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
