Key Responsibilities:
* Install, assemble, and align screening machines, vibrating screens, conveyors, and related equipment.
* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on screening plant machinery.
* Inspect, repair, and replace bearings, shafts, pulleys, belts, rollers, and other mechanical components.
* Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
* Perform welding, gas cutting, and basic fabrication work as required.
* Ensure proper lubrication and routine inspection of all moving parts.
* Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and service logs.
* Follow all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Coordinate with operators and supervisors to ensure smooth plant operations.
* Keep the work area clean and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Required Qualifications:
* ITI in Fitter or an equivalent technical qualification.
* Experience in coal screening plants, crusher plants, or material handling equipment is preferred.
* Good knowledge of vibrating screens, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, bearings, and alignment techniques.
* Ability to read mechanical drawings and use standard maintenance tools.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
