Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a strategic partner to the business and a champion of our culture. The role involves driving key HR initiatives, strengthening employee experience, and building scalable people practices aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a culture ambassador, embedding TripJack’s values across teams

Partner with leadership to hire, develop, and scale high-performing teams

Build and implement scalable HR processes and employee engagement initiatives

Drive employee development programs including 360° feedback and manager capability building

Ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to exit

Strengthen the employer brand through innovative initiatives

Lead and manage performance management systems aligned to business goals

Design and execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs

Support workforce planning and HR strategy implementation
Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
