Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator with 2–3 years of relevant experience in CNC machine operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of CNC machining processes, be able to read engineering drawings, perform basic machine settings and offsets, and maintain production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining specifications.
- Perform basic machine offsets and tool changes.
- Monitor machining processes and maintain required quality standards.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.
- Maintain production records and follow standard safety procedures.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine-related issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Ensure production targets and quality requirements are met.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of relevant CNC machine operating experience.
- Good knowledge of CNC machine operations and basic machining processes.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical/engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Basic knowledge of machine offsets and tool changes.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming and G-code will be an advantage.
- Good attention to quality, accuracy, and safety.
- Ability to work responsibly and follow production procedures.
Educational Qualification
- ITI in Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or equivalent technical trade.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled CNC Machine Operator who can independently handle routine machine operations and meet production and quality targets.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
