Your Responsibilities
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
- Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
• Get familiar with personnel duties • Manage customers and client relationship according to need
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Participate in company’s strategic planning
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Strong verbal and written skills in English
- Proven 2+ year work experience in data management
- Quick typing skills, attention to details, computer savy
- Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Customer Services, Data entry, Sales etc.)
- Effective communication skills
