JOB ROLE-PARENT LIASING MANAGER
Parent Communication & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for parent inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, orientations, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Organize informational workshops, webinars, and advisory groups to boost parental involvement.
Relationship Management
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families to ensure high student retention rates.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts or misunderstandings between parents, teachers, and school leadership.
- Act as a cultural bridge or translator for families from diverse backgrounds.
Feedback & School Advocacy
- Gather and analyze parent feedback through surveys and focus groups.
- Share actionable insights with school leadership to support strategic planning.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, school tours, and open days for prospective parents.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in school administration, customer relationship management (CRM).
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
