Job Overview
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor Civil to manage quantity estimation, billing, and cost analysis for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQs, quantity calculations, and coordinating with site and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity estimations
- Calculate material quantities and project costs
- Verify contractor bills and site measurements
- Coordinate with site engineers and vendors
- Prepare project cost reports and documentation
- Monitor material consumption and project expenses
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
Requirements
- Diploma / BE Civil
- 7- 10years of experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Knowledge of estimation, billing, and quantity calculations
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Good analytical and communication skills
