Role Purpose
- The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for territory-level institutional acquisition and revenue generation.
- This is a field-intensive role requiring daily travel, disciplined follow-up, and strong relationship-building skills. The candidate will own a defined territory and drive subscription growth within that geography.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential institutions within assigned territory
- Conduct field visits to generate new institutional leads
- Build and maintain a structured prospect database
Sales & Conversion
- Present Educrib’s subscription offerings to decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution discussions
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines
- Close new subscription agreements
Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term institutional relationships
- Ensure smooth onboarding post-conversion
- Coordinate internally for implementation and support
Target Achievement
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain disciplined daily activity reporting
- Follow structured visit and follow-up plans
Role Requirements
- Extensive daily travel across the assigned district
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Willingness to meet institutional decision-makers regularly
- Comfortable with performance-based incentives
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹2.5 – ₹3 LPA
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹1.5 LPA
- Clear revenue-linked earning potential
- Structured performance review cycle
Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years experience in field sales (Education/EdTech preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills and field readiness may apply
- Graduation mandatory
- Local market knowledge preferred
- High energy and disciplined work ethic
