We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Kharar. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our cafe business, generating leads for franchise opportunities, increasing sales, and contributing new marketing strategies for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase cafe sales and customer visits.
- Generate leads and inquiries for franchise sales through different marketing channels.
- Promote the company's products, cafe, and franchise opportunities.
- Manage social media promotions, local marketing activities, and customer engagement.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to achieve business targets.
- Follow up with franchise leads and convert potential prospects into customers.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide new ideas and strategies to improve marketing, sales, and overall business growth.
- Maintain records of leads, campaigns, sales activities, and results.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Creative thinking and a willingness to bring new marketing ideas.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Candidates with experience in cafe, restaurant, food, franchise, or retail marketing will be preferred.
