Oracle FCCS Consultant

Engagement: Full-time / Contract (Project-based)
Role Overview
We are looking for hands-on Oracle FCCS consultants with strong experience in building, configuring, and supporting consolidation solutions. This role involves active ownership across implementations, enhancements, and production support, with direct interaction with finance and close teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Oracle FCCS applications
- Configure and manage:
- Chart of Accounts, Entity, and Ownership structures
- Consolidation logic and methods
- Intercompany eliminations
- Currency translation and FX handling
- Develop and maintain:
- Data integrations using Data Management / Data Exchange
- Automations using EPM Automate and REST APIs
- Smart View templates and close reports
- Troubleshoot consolidation, data load, and performance issues
- Work closely with Finance, Controllership, and Close teams
- Support month-end / quarter-end close cycles and production environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–12 years of relevant Oracle EPM experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS
- Experience across at least 2 end-to-end FCCS implementations
- Good understanding of:
- Chart of Accounts and Entity hierarchy design
- Consolidation processes and ownership structures
- Intercompany eliminations and currency translation
- Experience with:
- FCCS configuration and seeded functionality
- Data Management / integrations
- Smart View
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to multi-entity and multi-currency environments
- REST APIs / EPM Automate
- Groovy scripting
- Oracle EPM Cloud or FCCS certifications
- Client-facing or consulting experience
