Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Ensure office discipline, attendance tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
- Monitor inventory and place orders for office stationery and materials
- Support HR activities such as employee records, leave tracking, and onboarding formalities
- Assist accounts team with basic documentation and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and prepare reports, letters, and notices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in office administration or similar role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Job Location - Kolhapur
Own Two Wheeler with license must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
