Position: Spa Manager
Experience: 5–8 years (Spa, Wellness, Luxury Hotel, or Hospitality Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day spa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate therapists and front office teams.
- Monitor appointments, staffing, hygiene, and service quality.
- Drive revenue through memberships, retail sales, and service promotions.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business and operational targets.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in spa management, preferably in luxury spas or 4/5-star hotels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of spa operations, guest service, and revenue management.
- Proficient in MS Office and spa/POS management systems.
- Flexible to work weekends and rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
