Japanese Course Enrollment Caller — Commission Based with Growth Opportunity We are looking for a motivated sales/telecalling freelancer to contact a list of warm leads who have previously expressed interest in learning Japanese. Your job will be to: - Contact leads by phone - Introduce our Japanese language courses - Understand their Japanese-learning goals and current level - Explain the relevant course and pricing - Answer basic questions - Follow up with interested leads - Maintain lead status and notes - Convert interested leads into paid course enrollments Courses - N5 — ₹10,000 - N4 — ₹15,000 - N3 — ₹20,000 - N2 — ₹25,000 - N1 — ₹30,000 - Native Japanese 1-to-1 classes for N3–N1 — ₹2,000/hour Leads You will initially receive 500+ warm leads who have previously shown interest in Japanese learning. We will provide the lead information and a system/spreadsheet for tracking: - Contacted - Interested - Follow-up required - Trial/consultation - Enrolled - Not interested - Wrong number Compensation & Growth Opportunity This is initially a performance-based role with no fixed monthly salary. You will receive a commission for every verified student who enrolls and successfully pays for a course as a result of your work. If you demonstrate good results and successfully generate at least 10 paid enrollments in your first month, we are open to providing a fixed monthly pay from the following month, in addition to an agreed performance incentive. The exact commission and potential fixed compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. Ideal candidate - Good spoken English and/or Hindi - Confident and persuasive communication - Previous telecalling, sales, education counseling, or lead-conversion experience is preferred - Comfortable making follow-up calls - Organized and able to maintain accurate lead records - Results-oriented To apply Please tell us: 1.
