Key Responsibilities – AVP (Associate Vice President) Sales | Real Estate
* Develop strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and organizational targets.
* Drive team performance by monitoring KPIs, conversions, site visits, and closures.
* Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure effective lead management through CRM systems and regular follow-ups.
* Handle escalations and provide strategic solutions for client satisfaction and retention.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry standards.
* Represent the organization in meetings, corporate events, and client presentations.
* Drive customer experience initiatives to maintain a strong brand reputation.
* Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while ensuring sustainable business growth.
