We are looking for a smart, responsible, and well-organized Admin Executive for our tours and travel company based in Pul Bangash, New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office administration, client coordination, documentation, travel-related follow-ups, vendor coordination, and basic office support activities.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and front-desk coordination.
Handle incoming calls, client queries, emails, and office correspondence.
Coordinate with customers for travel-related documentation, booking updates, payments, and follow-ups.
Maintain records of bookings, invoices, receipts, client details, and vendor information.
Support the travel operations team in preparing itineraries, hotel details, transport coordination, and package-related documents.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transporters, and internal teams for smooth travel arrangements.
Maintain office files, registers, attendance records, and basic admin documentation.
Follow up with clients for required documents, pending payments, confirmations, and feedback.
Assist in basic data entry, MIS reports, and Excel sheets.
Manage courier, printing, scanning, filing, and other office support work.
Ensure the office is organized and administrative processes are followed properly.
Support management in daily coordination and operational tasks.
