- Installation and mounting of telecom equipment on towers, rooftops, and poles.
- Climbing telecom towers safely to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Handling antenna installation, microwave links, RRU/RRH, BTS equipment, and feeder cable routing.
- Assisting in tower erection, alignment, and dismantling activities.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom infrastructure.
- Ensuring proper cable dressing, grounding, and weatherproofing of telecom equipment.
- Following safety standards and using PPE while working at heights.
- Coordinating with field engineers, RF engineers, and project teams during site activities.
- Conducting site inspections and reporting equipment faults or tower damages.
- Supporting network rollout and site upgradation projects for telecom operators.
- Maintaining documentation and daily activity reports from sites.
- Ensuring tools, climbing gear, and equipment are properly maintained.
