We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers to support our sales team by generating qualified leads and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and marketing leads.
- Explain Sameera Groups' ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads based on buying interest.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the Sales Team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Update daily call reports, lead status, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely customer engagement.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- 1–2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or BFSI sales will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (Mandatory).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Good listening, follow-up, and time management skills.

- Number of outbound calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Site visits scheduled.
- Follow-up conversion ratio.
- Customer database accuracy.
- Sales support effectiveness.
Working Hours
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6 Days Working (Week Off as per company policy)
