We are looking for an ambitious and technically capable Sales Manager who can build strong customer relationships while understanding the technical requirements of our products.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong technical background in mechanical systems and construction equipment. The ideal candidate should be commercially minded, confident in customer interactions, and capable of understanding machine specifications, mechanical components, and application requirements.
This role requires someone who can identify opportunities, close sales, support customers with technical discussions, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, rental, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, dealers, rental companies, and end users.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate equipment and technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Travel as required for customer meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 4–8 years of sales experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, or related mechanical products.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, power transmission, fabrication, and industrial machinery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
