Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Growth & Business Development: (Die Casting )
· Develop, execute, and monitor sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
· Drive new business development efforts in target markets including automotive, industrial, and other manufacturing sectors.
· Identify and cultivate new customer relationships, while expanding sales opportunities with existing clients.
· Collaborate with technical and production teams to provide tailored solutions to customers.
· Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
· Define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position the company as a leader in Aluminium Gravity Die Casting.
· Analyze market trends and customer insights to develop marketing campaigns that generate leads and build brand awareness.
· Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for promotional materials, advertisements, and trade events.
· Customer Relationship Management:
· Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
· Use customer feedback to influence product development and improve service delivery.
· Manage customer negotiations, addressing queries, complaints, and ensuring timely follow-up.
· Track customer satisfaction through regular feedback loops and adjust approaches accordingly.
· Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
· Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to adjust sales and marketing efforts as needed.
· Provide market intelligence and actionable insights to support product development and pricing strategies.
· Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market conditions and potential growth opportunities for senior management.
· Budgeting & Reporting:
· Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
· Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management regarding sales performance, market developments, and risks.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically in Aluminium Gravity Die Casting or similar industries.
· In-depth knowledge of die casting processes, industry standards, and applications.
· Strong network in relevant industries such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing.
· Proven experience in leading and managing teams to meet and exceed business goals.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, and MS Office.

Compensation:
Competitive salary package based on experience and performance.Performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹30,296.62 - ₹72,769.87 per month
