Qualification- Any Graduate
- Prepare, verify, and maintain all import-related documents like Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin, Bill of Entry (BOE), Insurance and shipping documents, etc.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities for smooth clearance of shipments.
- Coordinate domestic transportation and delivery of goods to warehouses, factories, or customers.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and import procedures.
- Track import shipments and maintain proper documentation records.
- Follow up with overseas suppliers for timely and accurate documentation.
- Assist in HS code classification, duty calculations, and shipment costing.
- Coordinate international shipments via sea and air freight.
- Manage shipment schedules, freight bookings, and delivery timelines.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and overseas agents for shipment movement and updates.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or documentation discrepancies.
- Ensure cost-effective logistics planning and freight coordination.
- Work with transporters and warehouse teams for smooth movement of materials
- Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery timelines.
- Handle logistics-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Maintain shipment trackers, MIS reports, and logistics records.
- Ensure proper filing and document management for audits and compliance.
- Provide regular shipment and logistics status updates to management.
- Knowledge of international shipping terms (INCOTERMS), freight operations, and customs clearance.
- Strong understanding of import procedures, customs documentation, and logistics processes.
Experience- 3-5 Years
In hand Salary- 25,000 to 30,000
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
