- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telecalling.
- Fluent in Tamil and Kannada.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently from home.
- Smartphone and stable internet connection required.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
