We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain project details and property offerings.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer databases.
- Schedule property site visits and meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain daily call records and reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
