The Admin Executive is responsible for supporting administrative operations, facility management, and coordination activities to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Manage office administration and facility-related activities.
Maintain vendor coordination for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and supplies.
Ensure availability of office stationery, pantry items, and other consumables.
Maintain administrative records, agreements, and documentation.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and infrastructure-related requirements.
Support HR and Accounts teams with administrative coordination as required.
Monitor office discipline, attendance records, and compliance with policies.
Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and trainings.
Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative SOPs.
Submit periodic administrative reports to management.
