Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements.
Design, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT testing.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Prepare test plans, test strategy documents, and test execution reports.
Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
Conduct requirement analysis and provide test estimations.
Ensure timely delivery of testing activities with high quality standards.
Support production validation and post-deployment testing.
Key Responsibilities
5 years of experience in Manual Testing.Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.Experience in: Functional TestingRegression TestingSystem Integration Testing (SIT)User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Smoke & Sanity TestingHands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of SQL for backend/database validation.Experience in API testing using Postman or Swagger is an added advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skill Requirements
Knowledge of Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, or Travel domains.
Exposure to Browser Testing and Mobile Testing.
Basic automation exposure (Selenium/Java) is desirable.
Experience working in client-facing environments.
Other Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
