We're hiring a Performance Marketing Associate - Mumbai, Full-Time
What you'll own:
- Planning and executing Meta & Google Ads campaigns across client accounts
- Post-campaign evaluation and reporting
- Ongoing optimization based on performance data
- Setting up and maintaining daily/weekly metrics sheets
- Resolving technical issues on ad platforms as they come up
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads, ideally at a digital marketing agency
- Working knowledge of E-commerce / D2C business models
- Strong grasp of Google & Shopify Analytics
- A proactive, self-starting approach to work
- Genuine interest in staying current with industry trends
