We are looking for an experienced the role will be responsible for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) for Automotive Lubricants through channel partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary).

Identify business opportunities in assigned geography in consideration of new channel and portfolio mix.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet sales targets and profitability within the allocated region.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential stakeholders in the value chain, e.g channel partners/distributors, retailers, end consumers.

Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.

Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.

Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.

Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills
- Should have relevant experience of 7-10 years.

Should be from Automotive Lubricants industry preferably

Have geographical knowledge of the territory.

Proven track record on Distribution appointment, Channel Networking, distribution management.

Should have strong product knowledge.
