Job Title: Client Service Manager

Job Overview:
The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients in the brand communications and advertising sector. This role involves overseeing project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing communication strategies, driving campaigns, and ensuring the success of client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication.
- Campaign Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, develop tailored marketing strategies, and oversee the execution of advertising and communication campaigns.
- Project Management: Coordinate internal teams (creative, digital, media, production) to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, manage invoicing, and ensure profitability for client accounts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and present results and recommendations to clients.
- Problem Solving: Address any client concerns or project issues proactively and find effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
