Job Summary
The AssistantTeam Lead – Sales is responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, driving performance, building client relationships, and ensuring team productivity and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) for smooth execution
- Handle escalations and support team members in closing deals
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a team handling role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
