Design Manager – Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team.
- Allocate projects and monitor team performance.
- Ensure timely design delivery and quality standards.
- Drive milestone-wise revenue collection (Design, Production & Final Payment).
- Follow up on outstanding payments and reduce overdue collections.
- Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review quotations, BOQs, and design approvals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Site, and Accounts teams.
- Conduct daily and weekly team review meetings.
- Track KPIs, collections, and project progress.
- Coach and develop designers to improve performance.
- Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
