### About the Role
JMSC POS is a leading provider of Point of Sale (POS) and Inventory Management software. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our technical team. In this role, you will work on enhancing our core retail management platform, optimizing backend processes in .NET, and building intuitive, modern interfaces with ReactJS. Given our client base (primarily in the USA), this role requires working a *night shift (3 PM to 12 AM IST)* to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
### Key Responsibilities
*Backend Development:* Design, develop, and maintain high-performance server-side logic using *.NET Core* and *ASP.NET MVC*.
*Frontend Development:* Build and implement responsive user interface components using *ReactJS* and modern *ES6 JavaScript*.
*Database Management:* Write efficient stored procedures, manage complex queries, and optimize database performance (SQL Server).
*System Integration:* Integrate RESTful APIs to connect backend business logic with frontend retail interfaces.
*Performance Optimization:* Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure the POS system remains fast and reliable during high-volume retail hours.
*Collaboration:* Work closely with the product team to translate business requirements into technical features that simplify inventory tracking and billing.
*Code Quality:* Write clean, scalable, and testable code; participate in code reviews and documentation.
### Technical Requirements
*Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
*Backend:* Strong hands-on experience with *.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#*.
*Frontend:* Proficiency in *ReactJS* (state management, component lifecycle) and *ES6+ JavaScript*.
*Database:* Solid experience with *SQL Server* (design, queries, performance tuning).
*Tools:* Familiarity with Git/version control and modern front-end build pipelines.
*Soft Skills:* Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during night-shift operations.
