BioSystems Diagnostics Private Limited (BDPL) has been distributing high-quality in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) products across India since 2003 through a strong and committed network of distributor partners.Established in 2003, BDPL began its journey with trading of IVD reagents and instruments and has since expanded into in-house manufacturing operations in India.
We are seeking a skilled and responsible AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment across our facility at Irunkattukottai, Kancheepuram district. The candidate will ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems to provide a comfortable and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioners, chillers, and ventilation systems.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.
* Monitor system performance and ensure optimal efficiency.
* Maintain service records and maintenance logs.
* Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and spare parts procurement.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
* Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly.
Qualification:
* ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related field.
* Relevant certification in HVAC maintenance is preferred.
Experience:
* 2–5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
* Experience in hospitals, laboratories, or healthcare facilities is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
* Knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles.
* Troubleshooting and repair skills.
* Basic electrical maintenance knowledge.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
Working Hours:
As per company requirements, including emergency maintenance support when needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
