Maintenance Incharge – Factory OperationsJob Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance Incharge to handle day-to-day factory maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance work inside the factory premises and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance work in the factory.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical and plumbing-related work.
- Manage small civil/construction and repair activities.
- Ensure proper functioning of factory equipment, lights, wiring, water systems, and utilities.
- Coordinate with local contractors, electricians, plumbers, and technicians whenever required.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Quickly resolve breakdowns and maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper working conditions in the factory.
- Keep records of maintenance work and material usage.
- Purchase or arrange required maintenance materials when needed.
Requirements
- Experience in factory maintenance or facility management.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil work.
- Ability to manage workers and daily maintenance activities.
- Problem-solving attitude and quick response capability.
- Basic understanding of safety practices.
