We are looking for a creative, camera-confident content creator and social media management who lives and breathes visual storytelling. This is not a desk job — you will be on project sites, behind the lens, in the edit suite, and in front of the screen, all in the same week. You will be responsible for capturing DAM's work as it happens, turning it into compelling content, and building DAM's digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the web.
The ideal candidate is themselves a micro or macro influencer — someone who already understands how to build an audience, grow engagement, and promote a brand authentically. You must have a significant following and a strong personal brand in architecture, design, lifestyle, or related spaces.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-site shooting & content capture
- Travel to all active DAM project sites to photograph and film work in progress and completed installations
- Capture before-during-after content: raw space, installation in process, and the final lit environment
- Shoot architectural and product photography — highlighting fixture details, lux effects, ambience, and craftsmanship
- Film short-form video content: reels, time-lapses, walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes clips
- Coordinate shoot schedules with project coordinators and on-site teams to ensure access at the right time
2. Architect & client coordination for content
- Liaise with architects, interior designers, and clients to plan and execute shoots at project handover
- Obtain permissions and approvals for publishing project content from relevant stakeholders
- Build relationships with architects and ID firms to feature collaborative projects on DAM's platforms
- Interview architects or project leads on-camera for testimonials, project stories, and LinkedIn features
3. Content creation & editing
- Edit photos and videos to DAM's brand aesthetic — clean, premium, architectural in tone
- Write captions, project descriptions, and hashtag strategies for each post
- Develop a content calendar with a minimum of 1 post per day across platforms
- Create Reels, Stories, carousels, and static posts optimised for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Produce longer-form content: project case studies, behind-the-scenes blogs, and YouTube walkthroughs
4. Social media management
- Manage and grow DAM's Instagram and LinkedIn presence as primary platforms
- Post consistently — minimum 1 post daily on Instagram, 3–4 per week on LinkedIn
- Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the architecture and design community
- Run targeted paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to reach developers, architects, and hospitality decision-makers
- Track analytics — reach, impressions, follower growth, engagement rate — and report weekly
5. Website content & updates
- Regularly update the DAM Solutions website (damlighting.com) with new project photos, case studies, and blogs
- Upload and manage the projects portfolio section with fresh content post every site shoot
- Write and publish knowledge articles and lighting tips on the website blog
- Coordinate with the web team or manage Wix CMS updates independently
6. Influencer & brand promotion
- Leverage your personal following to amplify DAM's content and brand reach
- Identify and collaborate with other architecture, design, and lifestyle influencers for cross-promotion
- Tag, mention, and engage with architects, brands, and industry media to grow DAM's visibility
- Represent DAM at design events, trade shows, and networking meets as a brand ambassador
- Build DAM's credibility in the architecture and lighting community through authentic content
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media Design, or related field
- Certification in digital marketing, photography, or video production is a plus
Experience
- 4-5 years of content creation and social media management experience
- Proven experience shooting architectural, interior, or lifestyle projects
- Prior experience managing brand Instagram/LinkedIn accounts with measurable growth
- Background in architecture, interior design, real estate, or lifestyle content strongly preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
