Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Work on system integration projects involving multiple applications, APIs, third-party systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Analyze existing systems and define integration requirements, data mapping, workflows, and business processes.
- Participate in new application development projects from concept through deployment.
- Prepare effort estimations, project scope documents, and requirement sizing in collaboration with technical teams.
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, wireframes, workflow diagrams, and business process models.
- Support solution design discussions and ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and project managers.
- Assist in UAT planning, test case reviews, defect triaging, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper impact analysis documentation.
- Ensure all BA deliverables are completed and maintained according to project standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Business Analysis for System Integration and Application Development projects.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, RTM, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
- Hands-on experience with project estimation and effort analysis.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of UAT, test planning, and validation processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite, and similar BA tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analysis is a plus.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, digital transformation, ERP, CRM, or cloud-based solutions is desirable.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
