We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team for an International Chat Process supporting a leading E-commerce platform.
Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Pune
Process: International Chat– E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through international voice calls
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
Assist customers with orders, payments, delivery, returns, and other issues
Maintain quality standards and achieve process targets
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Minimum 1 Year of experience in International voice and chat Process
Excellent communication skills may also be considered (UG/Graduate)
Customer handling skills and a positive attitude
Salary & Benefits:
CTC: Up to ₹35,000
Cab facility available
Rotational shifts
5.5 days working

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
