**Job Description:**
We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented candidates for the role of Admission Counsellor / Tele Counsellor / Telesales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counselling students, and converting leads into admissions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls
* Counsel students regarding courses and career options
* Convert leads into admissions
* Follow up with interested candidates
* Maintain proper records of calls and leads
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 Year of experience in telesales/telecalling/counselling
* Bilingual (Hindi & English) is mandatory
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Office
* Target-driven and positive attitude
