Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities related to financial accounting systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning software environments.
- Ability to interpret complex system logs and identify root causes of issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with system integration points and data flow within SAP modules.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
