We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee records, and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate salary processing, compliance with labour laws, and smooth employee payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Process monthly salaries accurately and within timelines.
- Prepare payroll reports and salary statements.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts team for salary disbursement.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like:
- PF (Provident Fund)
- ESI (Employee State Insurance)
- PT (Professional Tax)
- TDS
- Labour law compliance
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
HR Operations:
- Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
- Update employee master data in HRMS/payroll software.
- Support joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave management systems.
- Assist in HR audits and internal compliance checks.
Employee Support:
- Address employee payroll-related concerns.
- Provide support for salary certificates, Form 16, and other HR documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee payroll information.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labour laws.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll software.
- Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
