Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can generate new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, increase sales, and promote the company's products across India. The candidate should be willing to travel and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Visit contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, EPC companies, and government departments.
- Meet project managers, procurement teams, and purchase heads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up on pending quotations and payments.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects.
Marketing
- Promote company products on social media.
- Coordinate product catalogs, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Assist in exhibitions and trade fairs.
- Conduct competitor analysis.
- Collect market intelligence regarding prices and new products.
- Develop dealer and distributor networks.
Customer Relationship
- Handle customer inquiries promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction after delivery.
- Collect customer feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to convince customers
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Email drafting skills
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
- Social media marketing knowledge is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate (BBA/B.Com/BE/Any Graduate)
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Construction Materials, Scaffolding, Formwork, Steel, Cement, or Building Materials
