We are looking for a Qualified CA or CPA with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audits of US Issuer Entities. The candidate will be responsible for managing audit engagements for US-based clients and ensuring compliance with PCAOB Auditing Standards and US GAAP.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute statutory audit engagements for US-Issuer clients.
- Plan audit engagements, including risk assessment, materiality and audit strategy.
- Review audit procedures, working papers and supporting documentation.
- Supervise and review work performed by audit team members.
- Perform/review substantive testing and control testing.
- Review SOX / ICFR testing and evaluate control deficiencies.
- Ensure financial statements and disclosures comply with US GAAP.
- Identify significant audit issues and communicate them to the Partner/Director.
- Review audit adjustments and ensure appropriate resolution of audit findings.
- Coordinate with US-based clients and offshore/onshore engagement teams.
- Monitor engagement progress, timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with PCAOB standards, professional standards and firm methodology.
- Assist Partners/Senior Managers in client communication and engagement management.
- Maintain high standards of audit quality and professional skepticism.
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
