Education Qualification
Bachelor or Master Degree
EvinceDev (Evince Development) is looking for Talented candidates as per the requirements described here.
Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements
- Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Design: Design, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) must be comfortable working hands-on in all three, not just one primary cloud.
- Compute & Networking: Provision and manage EC2/Azure VMs/GCE, VPC/VNet/VPC(GCP), Auto Scaling, Load Balancers (ELB/ALB/NLB, Azure LB, GCP Load Balancing), and DNS (Route 53 / Azure DNS / Cloud DNS).
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build and maintain modular, reusable Terraform (or equivalent) codebases that provision infrastructure consistently across all three cloud providers; experience with state management, remote backends, and multi-environment promotion (dev/test/staging/prod).
- Containers & Orchestration: Deploy and operate Kubernetes across managed services (EKS, AKS, GKE), including Helm, GitOps-based delivery (Argo CD/Flux), networking, persistent volumes, ConfigMaps, and Secrets.
- CI/CD & Automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) with automated testing, security scanning, and rollback-safe production deployments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement IAM least-privilege across all three clouds, Security Groups/NACLs/NSGs, SSL/TLS lifecycle automation, CIS benchmark hardening, and secrets management.
- Vulnerability & Penetration Testing: Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests (Nessus, Nmap, Burp Suite) and remediate against OWASP Top 10.
- Monitoring & Observability: Build unified observability across CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK; drive proactive detection and reduce MTTD/MTTR.
- High Availability & DR: Architect Multi-AZ/multi-region (and multi-cloud, where applicable) deployments, replication, backup strategy, and disaster recovery runbooks.
- Trending DevOps Practices: Apply modern DevOps concepts GitOps, Policy-as-Code (OPA/Sentinel), FinOps/cost governance, platform engineering/internal developer platforms, immutable infrastructure, and AI-assisted DevOps tooling (Copilot, Amazon Q, LLM-based runbook generation) where relevant.
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Lead root cause analysis across cloud services using logs, metrics, and traces; own postmortems and prevention plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business requirements into resilient multi-cloud architecture and clearly communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience managing production cloud infrastructure, with demonstrable working experience across all three major clouds: AWS, Azure, and GCP (not just theoretical knowledge of one).
- AWS: EC2, VPC, IAM, ELB/ALB/NLB, Auto Scaling, Route 53, RDS, S3, CloudWatch. Azure: Virtual Machines, Virtual Network, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Firewall, Azure Monitor, NSG, Azure AD. o GCP: Compute Engine, VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud IAM, Cloud Monitoring, GKE.
- Proven, hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform strongly preferred) building modular, multicloud-portable codebases — not just single-cloud templates.
- Production experience with Kubernetes across at least two of EKS/AKS/GKE.
- Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, SSL/TLS, VPN, Firewalls, WAF, NAT/Internet Gateways, CIDR, TCP/IP.
- Experience with monitoring/logging stacks: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and cloud-native equivalents (Azure Monitor, GCP Cloud Monitoring).
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) supporting automated, safe production deployments.
- Familiarity with current/trending DevOps practices: GitOps (Argo CD/Flux), Policy-as-Code, FinOps/cost governance, immutable infrastructure, platform engineering.
- AWS Organizations / Azure Management Groups / GCP Resource Hierarchy for multi-account/multi-project governance.
- CDN, load balancing patterns, database replication/backup strategy across clouds.
- Scripting ability in Bash and/or Python for automation and operational tooling.
- Understanding of patch management and continuous security remediation.
- Serverless experience (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or GCP Cloud Functions).
- Certifications spanning multiple clouds (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator/Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or CKA).
- Experience validating a single IaC codebase's portability across all three clouds in a real production or PoC setting.
- Exposure to AI-assisted DevOps tooling (Copilot, Amazon Q Developer, LangChain/OpenAI API for internal automation).
- Exposure to service mesh (Istio/Linkerd) or API gateway patterns.
