We are seeking a highly experienced and design-oriented Senior Architect to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale residential and housing developments, with the ability to lead projects from concept design through construction documentation and site coordination.
This role requires a professional who can balance design excellence, technical detailing, project management, and client interaction while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning for residential and housing projects.
- Develop concepts, master plans, and detailed design solutions.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, working drawings, and technical details.
- Coordinate with consultants, landscape architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client presentations.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and development norms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in residential townships, group housing, high-rise residential, or mixed-use housing developments.
- Strong design, planning, and technical documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp (Mandatory)
- Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Lumion, D5 Render, Revit, or other visualization software will be an added advantage.
