THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Coordinator to support day-to-day office administration, infrastructure coordination, visitor management, and basic safety-related operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, quick to learn, and comfortable handling operational responsibilities independently. The role requires regular coordination across teams, vendors, visitors, and building management to ensure smooth office functioning.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Administration & Office Support
– Follow up on office maintenance, repair work, housekeeping and infrastructure-related concerns to maintain a well-organized work environment.
– Maintain and track office inventory including stationery, pantry supplies, consumables and other admin-related materials.
– Coordinate with vendors, service providers whenever required.
– Support documentation, record keeping and basic data management related to office administration.
Visitor & Access Management
– Manage visitor handling, entry/exit process coordination, visitor movement within the premises in a professional manner.
– Work with the security team to ensure smooth implementation of entry/exit protocols
Safety Support
– Be part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and assist during safety drills, awareness sessions, or emergency situations when required.
– Support routine safety checks, infrastructure observations, and reporting of any maintenance or safety-related concerns.
Operational Support
– Travel locally for office-related coordination tasks, document collection/submission, vendor visits, etc. (bike riding required).
– Use smartphone/laptop applications for communication, coordination and basic reporting.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
– This is not a front-desk receptionist role.
– This is not a purely desk-based administrative position.
– This is not a managerial role handling team leadership or strategy.
– This role requires field coordination, operational ownership, and hands-on support whenever required.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– Educational Qualification - Diploma / Graduate / Equivalent
– Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English and Hindi. Marathi is preferred but
not mandatory.
– Must know how to ride a bike and be comfortable with local travel.
– High level of reliability, honesty, and accountability.
– Basic understanding of smartphones, laptops and technology tools (Excel) is required.
– Quick learner with a willingness to adapt and take ownership.
– Prior experience in administration, facility coordination, office support or operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
