About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Barista who is curious, energetic, and eager to learn the craft of coffee. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in specialty coffee while working in a warm, creative neighbourhood café environment.
At JUNO Coffee Club, we serve a range of milk-based coffees such as flat whites, cappuccinos, cortados, along with matcha drinks, pour overs, cold brews.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the senior barista in preparing coffee, matcha, cold brews, and other café beverages.
- Learn basic coffee-making techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, drink assembly, and pour over preparation.
- Support daily café operations during service.
- Interact with customers warmly and help create a friendly café experience.
- Keep the coffee bar, counters, equipment, and customer areas clean and organised.
- Help with washing, restocking, and maintaining café supplies.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, and follow SOPs.
- Take feedback positively and show willingness to improve every day.

- Prior café or hospitality experience is helpful but not mandatory.
What You Will Learn

- Matcha and hojicha drink preparation.
- Pour over and cold brew basics.
- Café workflow, customer service, and bar hygiene.
- How to work in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.

Someone who is dependable, curious, hands-on, and excited to grow into a skilled barista over time.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
