Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for various positions across our hospital branches.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Indeed, job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department heads.
- Coordinate the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Support HR operations and other HR-related activities as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
