Key Responsibilities
Website & Store Management
Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the Tiramisu Shopify (or equivalent) storefront product uploads, collection curation, pricing, and inventory syncing.Ensure product pages are conversion-optimised with compelling copy, rich imagery, size guides, and material storytelling aligned to the demi fine positioning.Oversee seasonal launches, limited editions, and restock announcements end-to-end — from brief to live.Manage third-party app integrations, payment gateways, and site performance; coordinate with developers for technical fixes and enhancements.
Digital Marketing & Growth
Plan and execute performance campaigns across Google Shopping, Meta, and Pinterest; manage budgets and optimise ROAS in line with monthly GMV targets.Collaborate with the content and social teams to align editorial calendars with promotional campaigns and new arrivals.Drive email & SMS marketing — own flows, segmentation, and campaign calendar via Klaviyo or equivalent ESP.Identify influencer and affiliate partnership opportunities to grow awareness and drive top-of-funnel traffic.
Analytics & Optimisation
Monitor and report weekly on KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, repeat purchase rate, and CLV.Run A/B tests on product pages, navigation, checkout, and campaign creatives; implement winning variants swiftly.Use Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Shopify analytics to surface actionable insights and shape the product roadmap.
Customer Experience
Own the post-purchase journey — order confirmations, shipping updates, returns portal, and loyalty touchpoints.Work closely with the customer care team to resolve pain points and integrate feedback into site improvements.Champion UX best practices to reduce friction at every stage of the funnel, particularly on mobile.
