Billing Engineer
The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and monitoring client billing, subcontractor billing, and quantity reconciliation for high-rise construction projects. The role requires strong coordination with site teams, planning teams, and project management to ensure accurate billing and financial tracking of the project.
Preparation and submission of RA Bills (Running Account Bills) as per contract conditions.
Verification of executed quantities with site engineers and project teams.
Maintaining measurement sheets and billing records.
Coordination with client/consultant for bill certification and approvals.
Follow up for bill certification and payment processing.
Verification and certification of subcontractor RA bills based on executed work.
Cross-checking quantities with BOQ and work orders.
Monitoring subcontractor billing against work progress.
Quantity take-off from drawings for RCC, finishing, and other construction activities.
Preparation of quantity reconciliation statements.
Tracking consumption vs executed quantities.
Maintaining proper records of BOQs, work orders, measurements, and bills.
Preparation of billing status reports and summaries.
Supporting project management with cost monitoring and billing projections.
Coordination with site execution teams for quantity verification.
Coordination with planning and project control teams for progress tracking.
Supporting project managers in billing-related contractual matters.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Take-Off, and Measurement Sheets
Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Experience in billing for RCC, finishing, and structural works
Knowledge of contract conditions and billing procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail in quantity verification
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
