- Operations Management: Direct day-to-day workflow, assign tasks based on technician skill levels, and monitor repair progress to meet delivery deadlines.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate body shop personnel including denters, painters, and mechanics.
- Quality & Safety Control: Perform final inspections on repaired vehicles to ensure work meets industry standards, and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Customer & Insurance Relations: Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and time, update clients, and collaborate with insurance adjusters.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the department's budget, monitor productivity metrics (KPIs), and ensure profitable operations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage the inventory of auto parts, paints, and workshop supplies to avoid downtime.
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
