Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes creating detailed documentation for the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into managed cloud security operations. The position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the security architecture supports evolving business needs while maintaining robust protection across cloud environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build expertise and improve overall performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into cloud service deployments.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Data Protection & Privacy Impact Assessment, Security Operation Automation, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing security controls for cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with security monitoring and incident response processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
